Midbar Tarabin Beershevah CC CM

Born: 3/22/85
Breeder: Gail Goodman
Owner: Gail Goodman and Susan Netboy

Born seventh of ten, Beershevah (seven wells in Hebrew) will represent the power, balance, and hybrid vigor of all of his littermates. This litter set a record for “non-steroid enabled” open field coursing CC/CM titles earned (7 out of 8 competing earned titles), four won ASA cups, and three had Grand Course placements. For health, seven of the litter celebrated 12 birthdays, four celebrated 15 birthdays, and Bedvi CC/CM and Beershevah CC/CM celebrated 16! They represent both hybrid vigor and the very best that inbreeding can contribute to a bloodline.

Beershevah at 15

All of Beershevah’s coursing success was with the Netboys, where he lived the first 8 years of his life.

Competing with this exceptional litter taught me not only the meaning of the term “heart”, but also how beautiful open field coursing Salukis are. When the litter was young, they ran like they could catch the wind. They remain my inspiration.
